BAM – Costa Rica Event

When Balyasny Asset Management (BAM) planned an executive retreat in Costa Rica, they turned to 3tree Marketing to deliver branded solutions that matched the event’s elevated tone. Our team designed and produced custom towels, totes, golf balls, bucket hats, printed collateral, and branded boxes—all curated to reflect BAM’s brand and the retreat’s premium experience.

Shipping to a remote area of Costa Rica presented complex logistical challenges, including international customs clearance and tight delivery timelines. 3tree managed every detail—from production and assembly to international shipping and coordination with both the hotel and UPS. We proactively shipped the kits three weeks in advance and closely tracked the shipment. When customs held the delivery, we worked directly with our international UPS representative and hotel contacts to expedite clearance.

From ideation to delivery, 3tree’s “get it done” mentality, dependable supplier relationships, and proactive communication kept the process moving smoothly.
